I was so discouraged when my less than a year old KitchenAid refrigerator ice dispenser stopped working and I had ice build up inside my freezer wall. After calling the appliance store, they referred me to Fred’s Appliance Service. Fred’s promptly made an appointment and this wonderful technician came to the rescue. The technician listened to my story and said they knew exactly what the problem was and that the ice build up was causing my ice maker to not work. Great news and how reassuring this was. They would fix both. The technician was respectful of our home and used shoe covers, was helpful and assisted me on getting my drawers removed, polite and above all cheerful. They knew how to give great customer service. I prayed the same technician would return to install the new part. To my surprise, SHE did appear! Our wonderful conscientious, timely MARIE returned. I can’t say enough about her knowledge and work ethic. What a treasure you have in this employee!!!
