"Cc that the unit was not washing dishes properly but now is working ok, a cycle was going when arrived and opened door, dishes are getting cleaned, ran diag, no error code, allowed diag test to finish and checked for any codes, had 0codes. Both filter on unit where dirty, removed them and spray arms as well, found top arm clogged, replaced rom surplus T/S. Cust will clean up filters. Tested unit. Op test ok; ordrng 1 WPW10498900 (Spray arm)"

Replaced FZ door. Tested. Good. Op Test Ok.

Replaced filter housing and recommended customer not to use generic filters to avoid issues opt test good.; used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock

"Cc unit showed power failure on display, asked her if any power outages she she not that shes aware since the big storm that knocked power, verified and check ui and good check pantry ui and good cant duplicate, advise customer to try recording the issue if it happens again"

Replaced drive motor and same issue so replaced control board and unit started working as should. Started a load for the customer waited until it started washing opt test good.
