"Cc that unit is leaking again water and rust. it did not lasted a long time, just took a while to call back. Unit has drain clogged up. Drip pan is rusted again. Will reorder. Took line off the top and cleaned out. Tested and took video of water flowing properly. Showed cust. Ordering drip pan. ; ordrng 1 W11720794 (Drip pan)"

Cc that when unit starts the cycle and it starts agitating it makes a very loud noise. Confirmed. Found cam failed. Replaced part from T/S and stared normal cycle. Unit washing properly. Showed cust. Op test ok; used 1 W10721967 (PULLEY) from stock

"Cc that the unit is not spinning the clothes out, theres no water at the basket but clothes are soaking wet. Ran dig found error code F7E1 basket speed fault. , F7E7motor unable to reach target rpm, , f0E2 oversuds, F2E1 stuck key . Basket is loose and dampers as well. Tested on diag, unit not spinning, only agitator is . Removed agitator and found cam is stripped. Is also squeaking when spinning the basket. Unit will need new baskets, cam belt, and hub. Ordering parts. Baskets under 10 year warranty ; ordrng 1 W10752719 (Basket), used 1 W10528947 (HUB), 1 W10721967 (PULLEY), and 1 W11239857 (BELT) from stock"
