I don’t know what happened to my washer, but it was leaking water under the washer. But when Marie came out, it didn’t seem there was anything wrong with it and still isn’t. So I don’t know what happened to it, but she looked over everything that she could possibly look over to see what it was and there was nothing wrong. Don’t know if I have it overfilled that she suggested it might be. I was very pleased with her and she took her time answered my questions. She’s very cordial and knows her job.
