No noise, customer said it would happen right away after the drain pump goes off and unit fills up with water. As of today, unit is good. Customer said they will try and record noise is possible. Cc that they had a lot of family over and temperature in the ff section started rising and leds in freezer and ff section ceiling are out. Verified modules and found problem was freezer module replaced and u it has updated modules already. For temps the u it is working as designed again explained to customer if refrigerator is opened a lot that will tend to happen because of the warm air getting every time doors are opened. ; ordrng 1 W11483116 (Module)

"Replaced hose and drain. Went over what could be causing smell, cleaning the filter, gasket, maintenance on unit, also cleaning the garbage disposal as well. Gave tips. Unit itself is good. Op Test Ok."

"Replaced module, bake ignitor, control. Tested oven, bake and broil, good. Tested temp at 350* good, consistent and constant, normal. All readings are good. Unit is working properly. Op Test Ok."

Cc that ice maker was dripping water into ice bin and causing it to turn into a block of ice. Ran diagnostics no fault codes and temps are as should. Ran the ice maker test cycle and passed also made sure valve was not sticking and it was working as should. Called BJ and stated that if we cant duplicate issue we would just be guessing on whatbthe issue could be. Recommended customer to monitor and if anything to give us a call.
