The tech was excellent, but we had to wait several weeks for our appointment, then had to wait for the part, and more time for his return. It wouldn’t have been so Terri if we were getting a great price, but I felt it was quite expensive.

We have been experiencing many delays on parts since the pandemic and we try to source out as many options as we can to get you taken care of sooner. When it comes to cost we frequently evaluate our pricing structure to make sure it is in line with industry standards. We do warranty our trip and diagnostic fee for 30 days, labor for 90 days, and any parts you paid for one year. However, we are happy to hear that you thought your technician did a great job.
