"Cc that unit was not agitating. Confirmed cc will not agitate just hum looked underneath and shifter was moving back and forth how it should so i replaced capacitor tested unit opt test no good. Verified again and noticed cam was not engaging all the way for it to agitate removed cam and it was damaged replaced cam hoping that the shifter did not get damaged as well but unit stated agitating as should it was just not engaging all the way because of the damaged cam.opt test good. Recommended customer not to overload washer as well.; used 1 W11395618 (CAPACITOR), and 1 W10721967 (Cam) from stock"

"CC that the ff is not cooling. Confirmed Fz -6 ff 50. Found the freezer fan not running. 120 volts to the fan. Replaced the fan from t/s. Opt test ok. ; used 1 WP2315539 (MOTOR-EVAP) from stock"

"Cc that the unit is not making ice and not cooling. Took temos freezer is at 15* and fresh food section 48*. Verify pressure at compressor when working on fresh food section is at 0psi. Took fresh food section evaporator off and found connector for evaporator burned, took pics and called whirlpool tech line spoke Steve file, unit cant be repaired"
