Replaced wash pill and filter. Tested. Diagnostics all good. Op Test Ok.

"Cc fabric beads not dissolving. Customer said she only use Quick Wash, other cycles are too long. Customer had a load of 8-12 items trying to use Quick Wash. showed customer the certain different cycles and time frame and load cycle amount. Unit is working properly, customer just needs to use the right cycles and loading for unit. Make sure to not overload or under load, make sure not over using the fabric beads as well. Normal for some to not dissolve. Unit is working properly. Started a Normal Cycle for customer. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit is water/ice not working with filter but water will flow perfectly without a filter. Tested and verified. New Filter in, water will flow for 3 seconds and stop, can hear valve still active. Take out filter and water will flow to a steady stream. that filter housing is malfunctioning. Ordering filter for customer, no return. Customer wants to try themselves first; ordrng 1 W11172791 (Filter housing)"

"Cc unit not washing, had another service company out, told the customer they needed an electrician, which is not the case. Power is good to unit. 4-3 error code. Correct power from control. Needs wash motor and filter . Ordering. ; ordrng 1 W11025157 (Wash pump) and 1 W10872845 (Filter)"
