Cc that unit was vibrating or banging a lot. Verified and unit was not leveled properly. Leveled unit tested the high spin opt test good. Also explained to customer how to load washer to avoid off balance loads.

"Changed latch, cleared codes, tested. At first it didnt want to latch, made small adjustment to latch position. Tested unit locked with no problems, tested multiple times. Ran diagnostics auto cycle. Opt test good. Advised customer to monitor."

Cc Door slamming closed and open. Adjuster the level of the unit and explained to the customer about the function of the door cams. All tested ok.
