"Cc unit offbalance all loads, all the time Ran test cycle, found unit vibration more then usual during spin. Checked suspension, checked good. Found excessive side to side movement from basket. Gearcase drive shaft /bearings are worn. Unit will need gearcase replaced. Quoted customer repair cost. Customer declined repair at this time. ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"
