CC that the Icemaker is not dispensing. Confirmed. Found the shoot blocked with ice. Steamed out the shoot. Advised customer 3/4 of a cup of ice and stop. The ice keeps filling the shoot and the ice flap stays open and warm air is getting into the ice maker causing it to freeze the ice cubes together. Tested the dispenser. Opt test ok.
