"Cc Normal doesnt rinse like it should Customer states they used Normal cycle and it just kept filling on the rinse section of the cycle, did not spin and spray rinse like it should have. All other cycles have worked fine. Ran diagnostics, all functions passed. Ran Rinse and Spin cycle, cycle finished without issue. Advised customer most likely load was offbalance which caused the unit to enter into its auto load balancing routine. Advised to use unit as normal and monitor. No issues found at this time."
