Cc that unit was still having issues with drying the clothes. Customer states he had a plumber come out and make sure the vent was clean but was only able to get to the attic part and stated they could see light shining in from the vent but not sure if theres anything out side or if airflow is going out all the way. "Replaced all parts, still same noise, called whirlpool tech line spike with Andrew, sent video with noise, he said tube feed is getting air as water is going causing that noise. "Cc that unit is not drying or washing the dishes properly and is making the noise again, not as loud but is doing it. Confirmed noise and cust shed me some dishes that were not cleaned. Noise happens hence diverter is switching or changing position. Will need motor assembly, also ran diag found error code 3-1 , 3-2.
