I could not recommend Fred's Appliance Service enough! Corina was our technician; she was highly knowledgeable, efficient, and personable! While waiting for the oven to come to temp, she took those few minutes to interact with our two year old. Corina sat on our kitchen floor, rolling a basketball back and forth. This small gesture was over the top customer service. We so appreciate the care we received through Fred's Appliance Care!
