"Cc no display and hard buttons, could not confirm. Buttons where a little slow responding but its to be expected with membrane style buttons. Explained that to the customer. Found that the display was in energy saving mode so it would shut off after a period of time. Shut off energy saving mode and took the clock out of 24 hour and set to 12 hour. Tested all other settings and buttons. Unit operating as intended."
