Cc that unit is not filling when they start a cycle and just stays on sensing. Ran diagnostic and no fault codes so I tested the unit it myself and unit ran as should with no issues. So I called customer to show me what there doing when starting unit and shes using it right but her husband has trouble with starting it and I think thats whats happening unit working as designed.

"Discharged refrigerant. Replaced compressor and drier filter, checked for leaks everything good, ran vacuum and held a 30 vacuum and recharged system with 68g of R600a. Recommended customer to wait at least 24hrs for proper cooling."

Cc that unit will not power on. Verified and unit had good power but nothing. Took apart unit and found thermal fuse open. Found vent was clogged with lint as well. Recommended customer to clean out vent and make sure to replace it with a semi rigid or rigid vent. Replaced thermal fuse tested unit opt test good.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

As I already stated on Google review, I had purchased a whirlpool, removable, agitator washing machine, but the delivery brought a dented back panel. Whirlpool recommended Freds Appliance and they sent Marie who quickly diagnose the issue. The part was ordered and she came back the very next week when I was off work. Everything works good as new now, and I was very pleased with her professionalism, promptness, and knowledge. Now I know who to go to!
