"Customer had unit filled with water when I arrive. Ran a drain and spin, nothing out of the ordinary. Added 4 more towels and ran a rinse and spin, could not duplicate issue. Suspect that drain hose was tapping the side of unit during spin, causing the noise. Taped drain line to side of sink to eliminate vibration on unit side. Unit operating as intended."

"Replaced spring clips and ui. Tested cooktop, everything is working as it should. Customer dropped a pepper mill on the upper right corner breaking it off. Installer forgot to install the foam strip: 8286642 along the edge. Customer is reaching out to whirlpool to see if they can cover the repair. Install was a few weeks ago according to client but she doesnt have pop with the correct install date."
