More parts needed. Gearcase leaked and rotor seized. Entire rebuild of washer. Customer is calling warranty to see about getting a new washer and returning parts. Cannot use as of now. "Cc of noise. Spun by hand, no noise. Went into diagnostics. F2E1, F9E2, F0E3, F0E5. Some buttons not sounding on UI control. Ran test mode. In agitation heard a noise and then in spin no noise. Replaced slider from t/s. Found gearcase rod is broken and moving up and down. Also lots of debris closing the drain way. Will need gearcase, drain pump, filter, console, washplate, slider, tub ring.; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Washplate) and 1 W11393685 (Gearcase) and 1 WPW10215093 (Filter) and 1 W10876600 (Drain pump) and 1 W11161993 (Tub ring) and 1 W11112656 (Console) and 1 W10734521 (Slider), used 1 W10734521 (SLIDER) from stock"

"Cc that is concern about tub looks too low when have clothes and is filled all the way with water. Confirmed, replaced suspension and cam. Tested unit and explained load size. Deep water wash is set on, explained does not always need to be on, will add a lot of water plus the clothes , tub will get lower than normal when is empty. Op test ok"

"Cc that unit is making all kinds of noises, tilted unit found cam bolt came off, also tested dampers, both where not working properly. Replaced belt, cam from truck stuck and dampers surplus . Tested unit on diag, also on auto test, all sounds good. Op test ok; used 1 W11239857 (BELT), 1 W10721967 (PULLEY), and 1 W10780045 (Dampers) from stock"

"Cc that unit caught on fire. Verified and control board shorted out causing the fire and melted the control panel plastic. Unit will need control panel and control board replaced.
