"Cc unit was showing 23* in FZ display and 37* in FF display but nothing ever thawed. Arrived today and unit is showing 0* FZ and 36* FF in display. Took temps with temp gun and sensor connection to meter. Both show about the same temp as in settings display. No frost build up. No gaps. As of now everything is testing normal. All components are working. Reset unit at breaker. Leveled unit out. As of today, Op Test Ok."

"Cc shaking and making noise. Looked underneath, all components tight and not out of place, belt is good. No error codes. Suspension rods are good, no extra bouncing. Ran unit in diagnostics, all components working. Ran unit individual test for agitation, good. Ran unit individual test at low and high speed for over 5-10 mins. Nothing out of the ordinary. Unit is working properly as it should. Maybe when delivered it was off centered or not leveled. Or drain hose couldve been banging the back of unit and not secure. Unit is working as intended. Op Test Ok."

"Cc unit leaking in freezer. Found drain tube blocked up and causing water to spill in FZ and bottom section. Cleared all ice. Good. Op Test Ok."

"No stored error codes. Ran unit and heat is cycling on/off. Ran diagnostics cycle, good. Cleared out lint. Unit is good. Had associate check the heat, good. No noise. Op Test Ok."

"New icemaker is good. New water filter in. Opened shut off valve all the way. Good. Water flow is good. If customer about how long it takes for icemaker to fill completely, checked owners manual. Op Test Ok."
