"Cc cooktop burners temperature is inconsistent Customer stated mainly the RF burner is the one they use the most and has the most trouble getting to heat consistently. Ran burner op test, heard arcing inside infinite switch, burner is not powering on even at high setting. Pulled rear panel, found RF infinite switch is burnt, contacts are loose and burnt as well. Advised customer to stop using this burner, pulled off knob. Quoted customer switch replacement. ; ordrng 1 EBF62174906 (Switch,rotary)"
