Cc unit wouldnt run and flashing on clean only. Verified and found that the float switch drip pan and filter had suds on it. Cleaned out drip pan and filter and also leveled unit a little bit higher in the front to try and avoid water coming to the front. Tested unit and everything working as should. Opt test good. Recommended customer to monitor.

"Cc unit making a grinding noise, showed me videos and noises in all of them, verified and cant duplicate, send video to BJ and believe could be the drain pump, advise running test cycle and verify and pump made the noise, ordering pump; ordrng 1 W11399437 (Pump)"

"Cc not drying clothes, could not confirm. Asked if the drying issue corresponded with the washer not spinning clothes out. Confirmed it was the same load, advised customer on how to avoid the issue in the future based on washer performance. Unit operating as intended."
