Unable to duplicate noise concern, customer states it is highly intermittent, last time he notice the noise was a week ago. Quoted customer defrost drain clean out. Cleared ice from freezer section, steamed out drain tray and drain hose. Pulled drain tube and cleared sludge blockage, reinstalled. Ensured good flow through. Op test good."
