Cc unit would go off balance and keep filling with water. Ran diagnostics and found error code f0e9 off balance pause. Spoke with customers wife and she said she just drop the bed sheets in there and run a cycle but then unit went off balance on her. Explained to customer that when loading these unit you have to evenly distribute it around the basket and you cant just throw the clothes in there if not unit will go off balance. Ran a drain and spin with wet pants and everything working as should opt test good.
