"Cc unit auto sensing is not correct. Went through error codes, no codes. Ran a diagnostics test cycle, good. Ran a calibration, good. Tested in NormaL cycle with load, seems to be getting enough water and engaging with agitator just fine. Asked customer what cycle does she normally do her clothes on, normal. Let customer know depending on load being used, have to use different cycles, so correct water can be added in. Auto sensing water level per owners manual states washer will fill to a level that ensures the load engages the agitator. From this point, the electronic control will sense the load and determine if additional water is needed. So even if you put one article of clothing in, the water level with still fill up to engage with agitator. More clothes load will need a heavier cycle option selected. Called techline to document. Tj, agreed with water level and procedure, water levels are fine, let customer know to not open unit, clothes are washing normally, different cycles will put in different amounts and throughout cycle will add water as needed. Unit is testing as designed, good."

"Cc leaking in unit. Valves leaking water. Had valves W11038689 on truck. Replaced. No error codes. Ran diagnostics, good, all components working. Ran drain/spin. Good. Ran a quick wash, working properly. Customer had questions about some clothes not spinning out probably. Spin is working. Just advised to use the correct cycle and not overload. Can also use drain and spin cycle if need to for heavy loads. Also took picture of drain hose height, refer to instruction manual for drain hose installation requirements. Unit test good. Op test ok."
