"Cc: turns on but doesnt startCust Has a foil accordian style vent hose attached to dryer. Explained the fire hazard?associated with this type of vent hose and advised cust to replace with a semi?rigid metal hose to?prevent fire hazard. Found thermal fuse open. Found element shorted to ground. Needs thermal fuse and element. Replaced element and thermal fuse. Tested. Op test ok ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE), and 1 279838 (ELEMENT) from stock"

Jason did a great job diagnosing my dryer, and fixing it right away. Within the hour of his arrival, our unit was back to operational. He was prepared for his appointment by having our dryer parts on hand. Thanks Jason! We will be using Fred’s Appliance again!
