"CC that the unit will stop at the rinse cycle. Confirmed. Ran diag F7E1 BASKET SPEED FAULT. Found a toy inside the shield that make the belt come off the motor and man. Reinstall the belt. Ran a manual agitate and spin, ran a calibration. Adjust half a basket is a full load. Opt test ok."

"CC that there is error codes oe, ie. Confirmed. OE not draining, ie water not coming in properly. Found the cold water not coming in. Checked the drain clear. Started a cycle with hot water, drains. There is water leaking from the dispenser. Will need new valves and a dispenser housing. Cust does not want to repair ; ordrng 1 5220FR2075L (Water valve) and 1 5220FR2006H (Water valve) and 1 4925ER1015B (Housing), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

Paul A Brown our tech was right on time and he was very informative about how and what he was doing. I had to get a new light bulb he said it would fix one of the problems but it didn’t he’s going to have to come back and solve the problem but I want the same tech again!!!!!!!!!
