Cx leak at door Ran drain and found hose to be leaking Could not run fully due to hose damage Recommend hose first then we can run diagnostics to see if there is any other leaks ; ordrng 1 8269144A (Hose)

"Cc unit did not drain and spin correctlyCustomer stated unit has trouble spinning out, continues to add water when its supposed to drain and spin. Ran diagnostics, found codes f0e9 for offbalance pause and f2e1 for stuck button. Ran test cycle, all functions passed. Had customer start a normal load, then switched over to drain and spin. Unit spun out and drained properly. No issues found at this time. Unit is working as designed."

"Cc unit not working at all Found tub full of water, drain pump not working and unit flashing f9e1 for drain problem. Checked under unit found broken wire in harness to drain pump. Replaced wire harness using truck stock and secured wiring per service bulletin W11750573. Ran test cycle, all functions passed. Op test good. ; used 1 W11643701 (WIRE HARNESS) from stock"
