"Cc unit not making ice. Verified and found that cutting grid isnt cutting the ice causing it to just build up on the grid. Also noticed the it has a bad wire. Joe was thorough and efficient. When he came initially he did recommend fixing both rollers of the dishwasher. Overall the process was seamless and Joe had our dishwasher drawer back to working properly.
