William was courteous, patient and experienced which became evident as he methodically answered my numerous questions. He didn’t rush through his explanations and frequently referred to the wash menu panel to help me with future selections to use for my type of laundry loads. The washer wasn’t broken it just washes differently and requires different considerations, such as wash 2 rugs instead of one for balance.
We're delighted to hear that William was able to assist you with your questions and provide helpful explanations. We appreciate your feedback and are glad we could help with your laundry needs. Thank you for choosing Fred's Appliance Service!
