Manny was professional in every sense of the word .

I cannot say enough good things about Manny. We’ve used other appliance repair companies in the past for our 5 properties in Cleveland and even had different Fred’s technicians out but none come close to the service we get from Manny. He’s incredibly thorough in his diagnostics, he is friendly and always smiling, he understand the importance of being professional around our resident’s and will not talk about how shitty the appliance is like I’ve seen a lot of techs do. He came to do a job and gets it done every time

When my dryers heating unit went out I called my extended warranty provider. They said they would contact a company to get it fixed. I requested Fred’s because they had been to my house before. I was very pleased to see Manny, the tech I had the last time. He is so polite, friendly and efficient. He had my dryer repaired and running in no time. I give Manny a thumbs up and five stars.
