Manny was very polite and professional! He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The issue was totally repaired and my dryer was up and running in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend Manny and Fred’s Appliance Service.

if I could give negative stars I would. This is the most horrible, horrible appliance service company that I have ever come across in my life Bought a Maytag washer and dryer back in May 2024 and in December 2024 the dryer was not putting out heat. They came out and told me a wire was loose and that the vent was not done properly and was told that was the issue as it “overheated “. Then next day same thing. They came out and said wire must have fallen out. I said ”huh. All by itself and was told yep. 3rd time was told they would only come out if we had a certified plumber of some sort come out and install the vent with the receipt. WTF? Because that is the cause of the issue. If the vent was the cause of the issue, wouldn’t it have overheated a long time ago not six months later.? Finally 4th time. All parts were replaced. ID RATHER HAVE A NEW BORN BABY DO THE WORK.
