great service but somewhat pricey
John - Painesville, OH
would like to see the service call charge deleted if you accept the repair quotation, or at least reduced.
Response from Fred's Appliance Service:
Hi John, Thank you for submitting your review! We are so happy to hear that your technician was able to offer such great service. We know that sometimes in this industry, the diagnostic fee is "put toward" the repair cost if you choose to repair the unit. However, that usually means a higher service call for customers that don't choose to move forward with the repair and more "hidden costs." So, we find it better and simply more honest to keep all of the charges separate so you know exactly what you are paying for. We hope this clears up the "why" behind our policy. Have a great weekend! The Fred's Team
