Received our new upright freezer and there was a problem with the seal/gasket. Best Buy didn’t have any option to return and replace it. Called Fred’s and they suggested me to set up the appointment through whirlpool to have the warranty cover it - which was so nice! Great communication during the whole process, even got an email in the morning so I could track my technicians arrival - huge plus! He was quick and completed the work. Very friendly.

Rosemary - Willoughby, OH
It’s not often nowadays that everything goes right when selecting repair or service for your home, but my recent experience with Fred’s Appliance was outstanding! Scheduling the appointment was easy and fast online. On the day of service, the technician, Jason, even arrived early. He quickly and concisely diagnosed the problems on my washer and dryer. He was very patient, knowledgeable and listened to my explanations and concerns. The dryer was fixed same day, but the washer required an ordered part and Jason returned 1 week later to install it. I was very comfortable with Jason in my home and he followed covid protocol by masking and entering by a door that was in close proximity to the appliances. I would highly recommend Fred’s Appliance to friends and family and will personally use their services again in the future.
