"Cc unit oven temperature needs calibrated.Customer stated she burnt pizza while trying to use the oven for the first time. Ran bake test to 425, recorded temperatures after cycle and averaged. Temperature average 420 degrees. Customer also stated she cant touch the console because its too hot. Advised customer console area will get hot due to the oven vent located right below the console, this is by design. No issues found with unit at this time. Advised customer she may have to adjust bake temperatures and times slightly as all ovens work differently. Unit is working as designed. Waiting on cooktop.; saved tckt"
