Venting tube attached to unit was kinked and restricting airflow. Quoted customer repair cost. Replaced thermostat using misc truck stock part. "Cc unit has no display, verify and tried running diagnostics but nothing happened, removed junction box cover and checked for voltage, and none present, asked customer for the breaker box, to reset the breaker, reset breaker and still no voltage, went back downstairs and reset the breakers that have dishwasher and fridge together and still no voltage, customers husband went downstairs with me the 3rd time, he said that some of this breaker have been replaced and the breaker box been rewired so some of the labels might be misplaced, he reset a different breaker and still no voltage, advise customer to have an electrician take a look at the power source, since flipping the breaker didnt return power to the unit, and if they have any issues after power has been restored they can give us a call and well take another look."
