Ran dryer op test, timed dry setting on high temperature, without vent tube. Unit heating properly and good airflow from unit. Reattached vent tube to unit with clamp. Reran dryer test and checked airflow at vent outlet. Found vent outlet flap stuck in the closed position due to hard packed lint buildup. Cleared lint from outlet flap. Flap is now free moving and airflow checks good. Op test good."

"Cc that yogurt and other products in ff section were freezing she raised temps and she stated it helped. So since she has those issues I replaced damper assembly and explained to her to try to keep tall stuff from top shelf to help with airflow because if airflow is bad the cold will drop through back of unit and freeze everything, also explained to her that the crisper drawers stated by whirlpool need to be inline one on top of the other which helps with airflow as well she was not happy about that but its just a recommendation I gave her from whirlpool also to try not to over pack unit and not to block the thermistor which theres a label right underneath the thermistor stating it and let her know theres nothing wrong with raising or lower temperature to preference thats why they have the settings."
