Verified temps and both sections were in the 60s, got to compressor and compressor is turning on and its not overheating. So I checked ff section evaporator and it looked like it was frosting over and freezer section was completely warm but no frost. Ice maker wont work if water is not getting to it, found that on display it says error even after pressing the filter status button checked filter and its an aftermarket filter customer had an old original filter tested it with that one and worked but customer stated that it would still do the same thing. Reinstalled the aftermarket one and it kept giving an error install oem one and worked since customer stated it would stop working I stayed for a while to make sure it would work and it worked perfectly fine ice maker even cycled and called for water recommended to monitor for now but unit is working as should after switching out filter."
