Went over owners manual and tech manual with customer. Temp is used to be changed as needed. Reset temps to 41 in FF, 2 in FZ and Produce Setting for FF deli, customer to change settings as needed and than give 24 hrs for unit to adjust to settings. Also airflow plays part as well. Make sure nothing is blocking where airflow travels or things can possibly freeze. Question about water dispenser. Per owners manual air in line can push out remaining water after dispensing, normal. Unit is good. Op Test Ok."
