"Cc unit same issues as before last serviceRan diagnostics, found codes f5e1 for door stuck open, f6e4 for float switch open and f6e2 for fill valve electrical problem, and fce2 for no link to wireless router. Ran diagnostics cycle, all functions passed. Heater turned on at end of cycle. Ran normal cycle for a 20 minutes with high temp wash on. Found water in unit was ice cold. Ran hot water at sink, water coming in to unit still ice cold. Found hot and cold lines under sink are reversed, unit is connected to cold water. Advised customer she will need to contact plumber to have unit plumbed to a hot water source before any further diagnostics performed. ; saved tckt"
