Took apart freezer again to verify frost pattern and it has a perfect frost pattern, so I called tech line and spoke with Joe explained issue and after gathering some info he asked me to verify the condenser and when i looked underneath unit it was clogged up with dog hair and dust Joe said that had to be the problem because everything else seems fine so he said to clean it out good and have customer monitor to see if thst helps. Cleaned out condenser and fan as well and explained to customer issue and to monitor fir now to see if that helped opt test good."
