No visible spots for any warm air to reach inside unit. Talked with customer possibility or heater inside actual cabinets could be separating and not putting heat correctly inside cabinets. Anything in cabinets are non repairable. Customer will monitor after this adjustment. All options have been taken. Gasket replacement, doors adjusted, no gaps or spots for air to get in. Customer monitoring as for now. Possible refund after review if problem persist. As of now. Op Test Ok."

Tried to take up agitator but rusted to gearcase. Told customer if wanting clean. Will need new agitator plus cleaning labor of 200-250$. Cusotmer said she didnt want that done because unit is 10 years old. Cusotmer just will clean as much as she can and use. SVC only.
