Cc that ice maker still drops ice behind the the bin and bottom of door fell off. Verified the bottom of door and she was talking about the kick cover I clipped it back on for her and for the ice maker issue unit is working as designed. If bin is full or building up ice every time it drops on the back the ice is going to tend to fall between the bin and evaporator cover ice maker has been replaced already and everything is working fine I even took off the freezer door to show her temps are good and drawers are working as should. She state she was aware of this being as designed but she wanted me to call whirlpool to document it again. I explained to customer that I unfortunately cant do anything about issue its just how it was designed. Called tech line to document issue spoke with Adrian explained issue and he stated unit is working as designed cannot do anything about the design of unit opt test good.

Verified and found that yes the seal was bad because door had water stains running down the sides but also found wash pump was not pumping with good pressure causing the water just to pour out but not enough pressure to rotate the spray arms causing the leak between the cycle. I made sure spray arms werent clogged and they werent unit will need pump assembly replaced as well. Verified water supply and it was good after further investigation I found float switch was stuck causing it to just drain and not let the water come in to unit.
