Verified display and it will not let you choose options took off display unplugged it and reinstalled it and it started working again as should probably had a glitch but the lights in the interior of unit were not functioning and the display would not tell you if door was opened or not so I unplugged the deli drawer board from door and everything started functioning as should called BJ to make sure it would be the deli drawer board and we both agreed that it needs to be replaced. Unit will need board replaced gave customer estimate and they stated they will rather leave it unplugged because they dont use anyways. Was going to take picture of model and serial and unit does not have the tag but did get the model from invoice called BJ to ask him and stated since its a pay call with the model we should be ok. Cc that unit was making a loud scraping sound when tumbling. Ran unit and there was no sound took apart unit and everything looked good the only thing i found was some plastic tabs and a paper clip explained to customer that one of the plastic pieces or paper clip couldve got stuck and than fell causing sound. "Cc unit not cooling, both sections. Unit is plugged in, getting correct 120v. Nothing running when I first came, no compressor or evap fan. 5 mins went by and unit kicked on, compressor and evap fan for about 2 mins and then kicked back off. Looked at evap and has a lite frost pattern all the way up. Went into diagnostics, no error codes. Compressor, fan, heater all coming on correctly. Unplugged again, let run for 20, good frost pattern. Ordering main control just in case something is shorting out causing power to not be sent out to components. Ordering control ; ordrng 1 W11546690 (Control)"

Verified and noticed that the bin that holds the water was tilted forward causing the water to overflow and not receiving the proper water to make ice so when i moved the bin it was just dangling from the back and saw that the screw was ripped of the cabinet with the screw bracket which came off the cabinet nothing i could do to fix issue so I Called tech line and spoke with Rob explained issue and stated that unit is not repairable it will go into review and they will notify customer for any further steps or information
