So I asked customer to start a load herself to see what she was doing and shes holding the start button to start unit and all shes doing is canceling the cycle so I explained to her all she has to do is select cycle and firmly press start button once and thats it, unit is working as designed."

"Cc that the unit is not cooling in both sections but now it seems to be a little colder. Took temps freezer at that point was 20* , took evaporator cover oof and allowed few min for compressor t run, full frost pattern on evaporator, same with fresh food section evaporator. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Chris. He said cant tell whats wrong, unit is working, good pressures, would recommend replacing boards and thermistor but that will not confirm that will fix ixxue. Deleted error codes and ran auto tes, pass. Unit makes a squeaky noise while spinning. Comes from belt. Replaced from T/S, pass, no noise. Tested unit with some clothes and towels, unit stared spinning the agitator instead of the basket, and making load off balance. Ran dlsm calibration and ran drain and spin again, working properly .
