"Cc that the FZ gasket is coming off again, verified and gasket off reinstalled gasket, closed fz door and when I opened the gasket came right off, removed gasket and noticed the liner warp on the top left and on the bottom left corners, spoke to BJ he said try some silicone and that should work but advise customer not to open the door for at least 2 hours for the silicone to set. Put silicone in the liner grooves and install the gasket back, advise customer not to open the door for at least 2 hours for the silicone to set."

Cc that unit is not washing dishes. Ran unit and wash pump is spraying water as should removed filter and it was completely clogged up with grease and food customer did not know about the filter so I explained to her how to remove it and clean also noticed water was cold so I checked in sink and water takes a while to get hot so I recommended the customer to prime hot water in sink first before using dishwasher. Ran a test cycle to also make sure heater was heating properly and it was explained to customer if water is cold when coming in to unit it can disable the heater causing a poor cleaning process. Unit as of now working as designed just needs maintenance taken care of in time and primming the hot water and also she doesnt use rinse aid and recommended her to use it specifically since she has a dishwasher with plastic tub.

"Cc that when she starts a cycle itll start normal but than start beeping and flashing. Confirmed cc, after starting unit about 4 minutes in it start flashing and beeping an error code F8E1 no water/ tap closed. Water is coming in but not enough causing the issue so we removed valve to verify it and was fine the problem is water pressure coming into the unit is very low made sure the lines werent kinked and it was good customer will need a plumber to check or replace supply valve."

"Cc that every time he takes out the lint trap the lint fall inside to the blower wheel housing instead of sticking to the lint trap. Took apart back panel removed blower wheel housing and everything looked good no lint buildup inside at all but customer states since the run for the vent is so short he finds the lint that falls into housing all buildup outside vent. Did notice that the lint trap leaves a gap on the bottom so i adjusted it to have a better seal to see if that fixes the issue and found that they have a foil vent and there pushing unit all the way back causing the airflow to bottle neck they will need a semi rigid or rigid vent to avoid squishing the vent but everything is in perfect conditions all the seals from the door, drum and blower wheel housing are all good. Cannot find any other issues with unit documented issue"
