"Cc: screeching noise, burning rubber smellCustomer stated unit screeching extremely loud. Stated they heard it on the 2nd story of home(from the basement). Customer stated there was a very faint burning smell when they came to inspect the unit for the screeching. Found error code f0e7(load detected during clean washer cycle). Unit used stator rotor design so no possibility for belt slipping. Ran diagnostics test cycle, no abnormal noises. Ran quick wash. Ran drain and spin with towels. No abnormal noises, no burning smells. Called whirlpool tech line, spoke with Chris. Chris documented stated no need to reach out to safety at this time due to safety will be able to see the notes."
