"Cc that unit started making the loud sound again and its coming from inside the unit also played me a video and it was the bottom evap fan making the loud sound. Took apart unit and removed evap cover and found that the fan shroud was right up on the evaporator causing it to build up ice on it and making the loud scraping sound, found the evaporator was loose from the bottom coming forward and hitting the fan shroud causing it to scrape when the evaporator would have some frost buildup so I adjusted the evaporator to have more space between the fan shroud and evap installed the new fan and reassembled all parts opt test good."
