"Cc that unit is not cooling correctly in the ff section area. Checked freezer and it was at 8* bit it was in defrost mode. So I took apart freezer to verify the evaporator and it was perfect fan is working as should as well. Did notice that the ff section damper was closed and temperature was at about 47* ran diagnostics and it opens and closes but not closing or opening when it should. "Installed control. Ran auto test and calibration. Ran drain and spin. Unit still washing in drain and spin. Called whirlpool tech line spoke with Steve. Stated to ensure unit is on dedicated circuit. Unit is on dedicated circuit, has proper polarity. Ohmed out control. Checked capacitor. Capacitor checked good. Ohmed out harness between capacitor and motor. Checked good. Ran quick wash. Unit filling and washing. Unit keeps cycling between fill and wash and drain. He stated one of the product leads stated it sounds like the unit is fighting a suds issue. Found error code f0e9(off balance pause). Checked harness.
