Cc that unit was giving issues and had same error code again f9e1 and when she was using delicate cycle her clothes never spun out. Ran diagnostics found f5e3 code only for latch issue erased error code secured connected to latch properly. Ran a quick wash with clothes to test unit and worked perfectly also tested the drain function various times to make sure and had no issue. Did find that the delicate cycle spin function was turned off which customer was not aware of. Recommended to make sure spin is always on if they need it and to monitor it. Cannot duplicate any issues with washer.

Did a drain and spin cycle with 4 bath towels inside. Showed customer using the different Spin speeds that on fast, unit RPMS are high and unit will shake. Normal shaking. Advised customer of no overloading and using correct cycles. Can also change down the Spin option. Suspension rods from surplus and added Bounce B Gone. Unit is running normally. "Cc unit not heating/overheating and making a grinding noiseRan dryer test cycle. No abnormal noise heard. Unit is heating. Checked airflow at vent outlet, very little airflow, significant blockage in venting. Pulled vent tube and cleared lint buildup. Reinstalled vent tube. Airflow much improved. Let unit run for approx 15 minutes, no abnormal noise heard. Unable to duplicate noise concern, but heat concern is remedied. Op test good."

Arrived at home and compressor was running this time but no noise and couldnt hear the evap fan running. Customer had a lot of stuff in freezer blocking the back so had him remove the food and noticed back panel was full of frost at the bottom. Steamed out evap and cover and noticed it was thst the heater wire was disconnected causing the issue. Steamed out evaporator installed heater connector properly and Replaced fan and panel. Opt test good. Recommended customer to give it a couple of hours to cool back up.
