Cc that unit is not drying completely sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt only when using auto dry and the cycle signal is not functioning. Ohmed out sensors and there good explained to customer that if there doing small loads or mixed loads always use timed dry because if the socks or underwear are dry and keep rubbing against sensors the unit will think its dry already and finish early and the other clothes are still wet. For the cycle signal sound i removed console and checked connections on ui and found one of the harness wire loose reseated it correctly and tested it again and the chime started functioning also recommended customer to replace dryer vent with a semi rigid or rigid vent opt test ok.
