Cc that unit started acting up and when you would use the microwave it would not show the time. So I pulled the unit out a bit to get the console off and checked all wiring and found that the units booklet for the wiring diagram was on top of the wires so I removed it and checked all wiring again and turned unit back on and it started working as should. Explained to keep an eye on it and if it happens again we will need to reorder the console.

Found filter not installed all the way causing it not to have a water flow. Corrected issue. Called tech line spoke to TJ. Explain issues and we followed steps on diagnosis again, found out unit is reading properly, will need to have some food , he said nothing that would go back like jugs of water, have one with a thermometer in a cup of water to read better temp , reading on diag, are 33 and 37, showed cust tech sheet and the temperature unit is showing.
