Ran a test diagnostics, calibration and all components working. Ran an entire 30 mins Quick Wash with load of towels. Good. Went all the way through with no problem. Cannot find any issues with washer. Running a normal cycle, with load of towels. Letting run all the way through to make sure. Called customer after an hour of normal wash and she said it completed the cycle and went through. At this point it sounds like a customer error. Since it did complete 2 cycles, calling to document with TL. Unit is good."
