"Cc long cycle times. Says unit will heat, just takes over an hour and a half to dry clothes. Ran unit and cycling of heat on/off is good. Cannot check outside vent, customer says on roof. Took pic of back of dryer vent. When dryer is pushed too far back, vent is smashed and crimped up. Causing bad airflow. Advised customer of correcting vent placement and if needed have a cleaning company clean the outside house vent. Unit itself is good. Op Test Ok."

Cc that unit does everything but spin. Verified underneath unit everything looked good. So I ran spin and nothing. Rested unit for about a minute tested the spin again and unit started spinning as should. Explained to customer it couldve been a glitch in the control board or the clutch which engages between agitation and spin mightve been stuck.

Cc that unit is not cooling properly. Took temps and ff section was at 32* but freezer was at 24*. Removed evaporator cover and unit has a full frost pattern but coils are getting to 20* not near the 0* its supposed to be at. Called BJ and stated it seems like a weak compressor. Unit will need compressor but customer stated they did not want it fix because its less than 15 days old and it shouldnt have a compressor changed out already.
