"Installers took off cabinet seal gasket W11414078, told customer he doesnt need it. Let customer know it is apart of unit and could be causing the door to not sit as close to unit cabinet and causing door to have gap. Let customer know him or installers need to come out that door seal back on. Can also raise and level front feet if needed. Water shut off leaking, customer will need to replace that, took pics. Unit is good but told customer they will need the cabinet gasket put back on and can level feet if needed. Unit good as of today. Customer to contact Home Depot and let them know it was installed incorrectly and to fix the install."

Ran test 40 to home 3way valve, Ran test 38 on compressor, at 100% wattage reading is 51 W. Tapped low side using piercing valve, low side reading 11 in/hg vacuum while running. Pressurized system with 140 psi of nitrogen, bubble checked all connections, did not find any bubbles, watched pressure for decay, did not see decay, possible 1psi drop after 15 min. Called wp techline, Rich, sent for review for non repairable designation.; used 1 TJ90BPV31 (BULLET PIERCING VALVE) from stock"

"Cc unit not coolingFound both sections at room temperature, no frost pattern on evaporator. Checked pressures, low side at 19 in/hg vacuum, high side reading 55 psi. Checked for dye using uv light. No dye found anywhere in unit. Pressure checked using nitrogen at 140 psi. Did not see any leaks using bubbles on all exposed lines and joints. However when steel filter drier line was manipulated, could hear hissing inside cabinet. Called wp techline, Rob, internal leak, will send for review as non repairable designation.. Advised WP will reach out to customer in 3-5 business days. ; saved tckt"
