So i looked inside unit and noticed the filter was clogged up with food and grease customer never knew how to removed filter to clean so I explained to her how to remove it and she cleaned it all up and showed her how to reinstall it as well explained to her that if she doesnt clean filter shes going to be cleaning her dishes with dirty water causing the issue she having also noticed hot water takes a while to get so recommended her to prime the hot water first before starting the dishwasher. After reinstalling filter i used the 4 cup method on the top rack to make sure pump is pushing the water around properly and it was. Opt test ok.

Looked at seal and doesnt looked ripped or anything so I ran unit to see if it would leak and it wasnt leaking but I noticed that the wash arms were pretty clogged up with food So I took the off and and tried to clear them up as much as i could than put four cups on the top rack to see if the pump was pushing water evenly and it was all cups were full evenly. So I explained to the customer to try it out later on too see if issue is fixed by clearing out the arms but the unit is not leaking for me and that and the bottom seal of the door being dirty which she said she will clean off is the only issue i saw. Cc that unit was making a sound but now unit is not doing anything at all. Verified and temps are at 69* on both sections only lights are on but compressor and fans are not running at all and customer states its been like that for a while because they couldnt find someone to come out from stewards appliance. So i Tried running test 4 in diagnostics and nothing happens the three way valve or fan were working so I disconnected the unit to see if it would reset and unit started up as should after resetting all fans and compressor started running waited a while to see frost pattern in ff section which was where unit was working on at the moment and it had a perfect frost pattern waited a little more to check temps and in the ff section temperature was at 45* already it looks like the main control board had a glitch explained to customer to put a bottle of water in both sections and to wait 24hrs for proper cooling and if unit starts acting up again and same issue happens he will need control board replaced.

At end of test cycle heater is coming on. Checked and float switch is good, no debris trapped underneath. Ran diagnostics test again, heater is good. I put rinse aid meter to max amount. Also I advised customer per owners manual, using Rinse Aid along with Heat Dry will give you the best amount of drying that the unit can provide. Can also open up at end of cycle to let air dry. Refer to owners manual if needed. Unit is good. Unit is functioning as it should. Op Test Ok."

"Put on latch. Deleted error codes 7-7, 9-1, 8-6. Found motor connection to control loose. Corrected. Ran diagnostics good. Running through heavy cycle while I work on fridge. No noise as of now. No gearcase assembly, washplate or slider needed at this time (customer did not receive parts yet. Unit started at 1:36 and ran until 45 mins, then through drain pump error. After messing with the voltage and drain pump resistance and the harness. Unit finally drained, found the whole lid is breaking and coming apart, could be allowing steam to travel in and short control. Calling tech line. Techline said to make sure nothing is blocking the pressure tube reading, stuck something in to make sure its clear, also to order lid since it is broken. Im going to order everything at once to replace so there is no problems. Lid, harness, pump and control, ; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control) and 1 W11568984 (Harness) and 1 W11396717 (Drain pump) and 1 W11404468 (Lid)"
