Cc that unit was freezing stuff in the middle section also the crisper drawer will come off track sometimes and ice falls out of bin. Verified and customer had the temperature on 4 out of 5 and was blocking the center causing the food to freeze explained to customer she wants to keep the center area open so the air can flow properly. For the crisper drawer nothing is broken its just that where it sits on is plastic on plastic and the shelves that hold the crisper drawers do t have a center support so if she puts heavy stuff on top of the shelf it tends to bend causing it to be unleveled and crisper drawer sliding off when to heavy and for the ice its just when the ice maker drops the ice if its piled up on a corner when you open the door the ice maker arm pulls on the ice causing it to fall on bottom of freezer. Unit is working as designed its just how its designed. Opt test ok

Went into diagnostics and did a manual agitation and could hear a rattling sounded like it was the cam looked and underneath but did not see anything unusual so i removed the cam and rotated the gearcase shaft and the sound was coming from the gearcase and there was a little bit of oil starting to leak. Unit will need gearcase, cam and belt. Gave customer estimate and stated he will use the washer like that until it goes out. Cc that unit is not getting hot water coming in to unit. Verified unit is getting hot water to unit but the hot water thats coming in from the home is not hot enough more towards warm so when unit is set to hot and since it has to mix with cold water when coming into the unit it will feel cold by the time it fills up. Explained to customer and i saw her hot water tank and the temperature was set towards low she put the temperature hotter to test the unit to see if it was true so i waited till the tank heated up tested the unit and the water felt hotter but since the hot water takes long to get hot by the time its done filling its warm not hot. So I replaced the valve to see if it would make a difference but it didnt unit working as designed just the hot water takes long to reach the washer. Opt test ok.

"Customer had POP. Cc unit frosting up in FZ and not cooling in FF. Took pics of all ice and frost. Found FF door is not closing correctly, gap, allowing air to get it. Tried adjusting at hinge, did not work. Will need new FF door, also would suggest replacing FZ door as well, control , and to steam all ice off FZ compartment.
