"Cc that unit is freezing everything in the ff section. Took temps and they were around 40* fan is working properly and evaporator in the ff section has good frost. The only fan I dont see running is the lower drawer fan and the damper is closed and not opening. Ran test in diagnostics step 56 for fan and nothing also ran damper test nothing. Disconnected the fan harness and reconnected it tested again and it started working as should. Did recommend customer to keep vent on back opened up and not to over pack it because the cold drops and will freeze everything in back of unit and the thermistor is right on the top of the unit in the middle and also dont want to block it so it can read the airflow properly. If issue continues they will need thermistor replaced.; ordrng 1 WR55X10025 (Thermistor), used 1 SHIPPING (SHIPPING LOGISTICS*) from stock"

Cc that when they try to start a cycle it will give them the time of the cycle and than start sensing and it will just drop to 0 and beep like its done. Ran diagnostics no error codes tried doing a spin and agitation in diagnostics and passed. Looked underneath washer everything looked good even took off capacitor to make sure it was good and it had 49.65 uf out of 50uf. Customer gave me some towels to test it on a quick wash which that was where they state it did it and it was washing and filling perfectly fine cannot duplicate issue. Recommended customer to monitor for now and if anything to give us a call back.
