Checked door latch but it was good took off front panel and control board looked good but noticed that the start button was not clicking correctly so i took off ui and found that the button was not seated properly on tabs reseated button and tested unit and started working as should. Explained to one of the workers there to make sure they dont press hard on the button just to tap it because next time they can break the tabs. Opt test ok.

Verify and found unit full of water, ran diagnostics and no codes found, try setting it to drain and pump running but no water draining, pull unit out removed drain hose to remove back cover and what looks like a baby sock or baby face towels came out of the drain with all the water draining, let the water drain and ran test cycle and unit is draining properly looks like the clogged was right at the bottom of drain hose and by me removing the hose clogged came out. Opt test ok"

Customer stated the ff section seems to be fine, but the freezer section is melting and refreezing, thinks its the control board again. Found freezer door rails frosted/frozen and not retracting properly, door is not sealing and condensation is building up.
