Customer stated they use regular setting and it stays on sensing the entire cycle without ever heating. Used damp clothing load, confirmed unit stays in sensing without heating. Checked thermistors resistance, outlet good at 69k, inlet good at 17k. Ran diagnostics mode, unit powers down when running door switch test. Tried twice, unit powered down each time.
