Ran diagnostics and unit had an F7E5 error code shifter fault tested the shifter in diagnostics and everything was working fine also checked control board and all wiring to make sure they were all plugged in and they were tested the pressure hose and blew through it and it was good. Cc that unit was not making ice. Verified and the ice maker was on so I jumped started it and it cycled properly but noticed there was water running down the back wall took apart freezer and removed ice maker and found that the fill tube was completely frozen causing the no ice issue. So I removed the fill tube from the back of unit cleared it out and sealed around the outside to keep warm air from getting in cycled the ice maker again and it filled perfectly. Explained to customer since the unit is new and having a new filter installed as well most likely the unit probably still had air in the line causing the issue but its working now opt test ok.

Cc that unit is smelling like gas and they had the gas company out and tagged the unit. Verified by turning on gas and found it was leaking pretty good by the main line that connects to the gas valve. Turned off gas removed line and cleaned it off reinstalled line and tightened it properly tested unit again and its not leaking anymore and cant smell anything either i used soap suds on all fittings to make sure tested the cooktop and oven and it functioned as should opt test ok. Customer states unit is under 1 year manufacturer warranty but doesnt have the POP stated that if she finds it she will call us back.

Cancelled the cycle and ran diagnostics and found error code F0E5 off balance load detected erased error code ran a calibration and auto test and passed. Explained to customer not to over fill washer which he was and I leveled out unit because it was not leveled properly either also explained that if washer goes off balance again and he catches it he can pause the unit rearrange the clothes and start the cycle again from where it left off opt test ok.

"Cc that unit will not do anything besides keep draining. Plugged in unit and it was in flood mode so I cancelled it out and ran diagnostics and it had a F8E1 error code meaning long fill, long fill so I tested the valve and it was fine than I ran a auto test and passed so I started a normal cycle to make sure the main board is detecting how much water is coming into the unit and it was it filled and started washing as should. Explained to customer it couldve been a glitch in the control or they had low water pressure causing issue because the pressure hose was fine as well. Recommended to monitor for now because unit is working as should opt test ok."
