Compressor is good, no random or weird noises. Unplugged unit for 10 mins. Plugged in and compressor came right on, let run for 20 mins. Temp is going down in FZ, around 2-4*. Starting to cool. Put a cup of water in FZ and already frosting over. Called techline. Went over everything with previous company coking out. How unit is cooling and compressor is not kicking off. Techline suggested customer monitor and to leave plugged in, not to replace compressor at this time.Let customer know. ; saved tckt"

Ran diagnostics and found an F7E3 error code also found the unit not leveled properly leveled for customer tested everything and it was passing so I replaced the shifter and ran a rinse and spin with towels had customer so he can see as well and unit filled drained and spun towels out perfectly. Explained to customer it couldve been the shifter working intermittently and or because unit was not leveled properly as well. Opt test ok.
